General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders and purchases made by customers through the online shop [Name of online shop], operated by [Name of company], [Address], (hereinafter "Provider").
2. Conclusion of Contract
The contract is concluded when the customer completes the order and the provider accepts the order through a confirmation email. The provider reserves the right to refuse orders without stating reasons.
3. Prices
All prices stated in the online shop are in Swiss Francs (CHF) including Value Added Tax (VAT). Shipping costs are calculated additionally and shown separately.
4. Payment Terms
The customer has the following payment options: credit card, PayPal, invoice, or other payment methods offered in the online shop. For payment by invoice, the payment period is 14 days from the invoice date. In case of payment default, default interest of 5% p.a. may be charged.
5. Delivery
Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the customer. The stated delivery times are non-binding, unless they have been expressly confirmed in writing as binding. The provider is not liable for delivery delays caused by third parties.
6. Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain the property of the provider until full payment has been received.
7. Warranty and Liability
The customer must inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt for defects and report them in writing within 7 days at the latest. In case of proven defects, a replacement delivery or credit will be issued. The provider's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. Liability for consequential damages is excluded.
8. Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to return the received goods within 14 days of receipt, provided that the goods are in their original packaging, undamaged, and unused. The customer bears the return shipping costs.
9. Data Protection
Personal data will be treated confidentially and used only for processing the order and for legal purposes. Further details can be found in the provider's privacy policy.
10. Changes to the GTC
The provider reserves the right to change these GTC at any time. Changes will be communicated in due course and will be deemed accepted unless the customer objects within 30 days.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

12. Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of these GTC be ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. Ineffective or missing provisions shall be replaced by regulations that come closest to the economic purpose of the original provision.
